The frequency of your maintenance will increase if your unit is located near a freeway, restaurant, or the ocean to ensure optimal performance and to help reduce normal wear and tear.

Aryco HVAC recommends inspecting, cleaning, or changing your filter quarterly (4 times a year) and cleaning the condenser annually (once a year.)
